Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

  • During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take an additional business day. You will receive a notification via email if your shipment is delayed.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to local courier schedules, customs processing, or weather conditions.

Shipping Fees

  • Customs & Duties: the recipient is responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country’s customs office.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. ShiftArmor™ is not liable for delivery issues or lost packages resulting from incorrect address entry. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your ShiftArmor™ gear arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

  • Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the damage to ensure a quick resolution.
